All orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are handled by PostNL. Immediately after shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us, with which you can track the shipment exactly. If you are unexpectedly not at home at the initial delivery time, the package will be offered again the next day. You can then collect your shipment from the PostNL collection point nearest to you. If you were not at home when your shipment was first offered, you will also receive a code with which you can change the desired delivery day / time, but also the delivery address on the PostNL website.
In Belgium, your shipment will be offered up to three times, as there are no PostNL collection points here.
