I was scrolling through Instagram and ended up on the Rebuild Body Plan page. I saw all the result photos and among them there happened to be an old acquaintance who I knew from the nightlife scene. At the time he wasn't very fit, but now he is thanks to Hakan. I wanted that too! During the intake it became clear that I didn't necessarily need personal training because I was already training well, but that it was mainly due to my diet. Hakan also really thinks along with you and is professional. He won't try to sell you something if you don't need it, he is really honest about it and looks at your personal needs.
I was given a diet plan and I try to stick to it as best I can. I stuck to it strictly for the first 3 months and then I noticed that my body started to burn faster and could handle much more than before. I have already lost quite a bit of weight despite the fact that one week I am very strict and eat my meal preps and the next week I enjoy a few cheat meals. Of course I feel better when I stick to my diet and with cheat meals you notice that the excess of bad fats and sugars make you tired or affect your general condition. But it is important to find a balance for yourself because you should not see this as something temporary: Rebuild Body Plan is a way of life. I have been doing it for 2 years now and I still apply it every day, with small adjustments here and there. I am very happy with the results I have achieved so far and I will definitely continue with this.
