Thanks to Rebuild Body Plan, I had a dream wedding! I look at my wedding photos with pride and every day I hear how beautiful I look! I have never been so happy. And that after so much personal suffering and setbacks. Hakan not only taught me how to train best and how to deal with my diet, but he especially taught me that nothing is impossible. Every step of the extra difficult path for me, Hakan gave me exactly the guidance I needed.
After a difficult birth of my third child and many attempts to lose the kilos that were really in my way, my wedding came into view. The wedding dress was beautiful but I couldn't look at myself in the mirror. It was time for real permanent measures, because I didn't want to be ashamed of myself any longer. I got to know Hakan and Rebuild Body Plan through a friend. That was my salvation. With three children at home, I always had excuses and excuses. These were resolutely and very skillfully converted into challenges by Hakan.
Unfortunately, there were also unexpected extra challenges on my path. In the short time I had left before the wedding, my grandmother passed away, which meant I had to go to Cape Verde for a few weeks. During that period, training and also dealing with nutrition were an extra big challenge. Hakan supported me and gave me the right tips to still achieve my goals. Shortly afterwards, I had a serious car accident in which I suffered severe neck and back injuries. Training was impossible. At that moment, I thought I could forget about my dream wedding. Hakan showed me that you can continue to lose weight without training if you are determined enough. By staying true to the diet plan specially written for my body, I continued to lose kilos steadily. During my rehabilitation period, I was allowed to train again very carefully and so I lost weight to 65 kilos. This is no less than four kilos less than my first target weight! What a dream result despite all the setbacks!
My wedding dress had to be taken in considerably but it fit PERFECTLY on my wedding day. The huge difference I have achieved through my own dedication and Hakan's great expertise has already motivated many people to follow my example. For me, Rebuild Body Plan is purely an investment in happiness!
