I was well aware of the seriousness of my excess weight and the negative impact it had on my health. The fear of possible complications and the dependency on medication motivated me to make a change. With all my willpower and determination, I decided to join Rebuild Body Plan, hoping to become a better version of myself.
The journey started with an extensive intake interview with Hakan, where my goals and challenges were discussed. I became part of the 24-month Nutrition Plan and received a tailor-made training program. But that was not all - Rebuild Nutrition also played a crucial role in my journey to a healthier lifestyle.
With the help of Rebuild Nutrition, including the effective Fatburner with CLA, and my customized nutrition plan, I started to lose my excess pounds. It was not always easy, but I found the motivation and perseverance to persevere. With each passing week, I saw progress and that gave me the strength to keep going.
After months of dedication and hard work, I started to reap the rewards of my efforts. Not only did I lose significant weight, but I also felt stronger, more energetic, and healthier. My shortness of breath decreased, my heartburn disappeared, and my bowel movements improved significantly.
But this has not just been a physical transformation. It has also positively impacted my mental and emotional well-being. I feel more confident, balanced, and resilient than ever before. I am proud of myself for the steps I have taken and the obstacles I have overcome.
