SHIPPING

All orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are handled by PostNL. Immediately after shipment you will receive a Track&Trace number, with which you can follow the shipment exactly. If you are unexpectedly not at home at the initial delivery time, the package will be offered again the next day. You can then collect your shipment at the PostNL collection point nearest you. If you were not at home when your shipment was first presented, you will also receive a code with which you can change the desired delivery day/time on the PostNL website, as well as the delivery address.
In Belgium, your shipment will be delivered up to three times. offered, as there are no PostNL collection points here.
