In September 2020 I started at Rebuild Body Plan. I ended up here by my stepson Twan van Vugt, who had been under supervision at Hakan for a while. I decided to take on a healthier lifestyle and started with a 2-year contract, and I am now going to extend another 2 years of maintenance. After a hospitalization, where it turned out that I had an acute pancreatitis, it also emerged that my cholesterol and sugar levels were much too high. I started to notice that I was bothered by my knees, had a lot of fatigue and snored loudly. It became clear that it was time to do something about it.

I have been working on the nutrition plan for 20 months now and I use the rebuild supplements. During these 20 months I never had problems with too little food; I always felt saturated and could follow the schedule well. My environment reacts very positively and I get a lot of nice compliments. "I just have to introduce myself to people I haven't seen," haha.

I feel super fit, no more snoring, my condition is excellent and I have become much more active. I have more than exceeded my expectations, together with Hakan. I see a big advantage in everything, only 'the only drawback is buying a completely new wardrobe'. The collaboration with Hakan is great and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to lose kilos. I soon realized that food was an essential part of my fitness trip. I made a personalized nutrition plan for myself that was perfectly tailored to my goals and needs. I learned about the right macro and micronutri, the balance between proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and the importance of nutritious meals.

It was not always easy to adjust my eating habits. There were temptations and moments when I found it difficult to maintain discipline. But I soon realized that discipline and structure were crucial for success.

I strictly followed my nutrition plan, made sure that I received enough calorie to support muscle growth, and I kept my meal times. I learned to make healthy choices, even if that meant that I sometimes had to sacrifice something.

It took discipline to keep track of my diet, to prepare meals and always be prepared, even when I was on the road. But I soon realized that this discipline and structure were the key to achieving my goals.

The result was amazing. By consistently sticking to my nutrition plan and providing myself with the right fuel, I saw my body transform. The combination of intensive training and balanced food ensured that my muscles grew and my strength increased.

Now I realize that nutrition and discipline were not only crucial during my fitness trip, but also for maintaining my results. I have learned that following a healthy diet and maintain discipline and structure are essential for a healthy lifestyle in the long term.

My story is proof that you can transform your body with the right diet, discipline and structure and achieve your goals. It is a continuous journey of self -improvement and I am determined to continue my new lifestyle and to inspire others to do the same.

Let me take you on a journey through my transformation with rebuild body plan, in which I went through different phases to achieve my goals and transform my body.

Phase 1 - Losing and drying: I started my journey with a waste period, in which I went from 88.8 kg with 16.5% fat to 72.2 kg with 6.1% fat. It was a challenging but rewarding phase, in which I gradually lost weight and considerably reduced my body fat percentage. After achieving my waste goals, I switched to a clean bulk period of approximately 6 months. In this I gradually built muscle mass and I saw my weight increasing from 72.2 kg by 6.1% fat to 86 kg with 13.1% fat. Although the fat percentage seems higher, it should be noted that 6% fat is very low for my physique.

Phase 2 - from bulk period to dry training: after the bulk period I consulted with Hakan about my goals and the figures I wanted to achieve. We decided to start a CUTT period, in which I wanted to further lower my fat percentage and improve my muscular definition. Three months later, after hard work and dedication, I achieved my goals and I stood at 80.2 kg with 7.4% fat. This means that I have built up 8 kg of dry muscle mass in 9 months. Gaining these winnings in such a short period has surprised me positively and increases my self -confidence. During this entire period, even when the gyms were closed because of COVID-19, I was busy 24/7 with my diet and training schedule, I trained 5 to 7 times a week and I used all the supplements of Rebuild Nutrition.

The process of the nutrition plan, training plan and supplements has been invaluable in my journey. The nutrition plan was tailored to my body and goals, and I received the right guidance to optimally match my diet to my training sessions. The training plan was challenging and varied, so I could build my muscles and become stronger. The supplements of Rebuild Nutrition supported my body and helped me to improve my performance.

But it's not just about the plans and supplements; It's about my own motivation and discipline. I have not allowed any apologies and have fully committed myself to my goals. Even in difficult times, such as the period in which the gyms were closed, I continued to determine and I found alternative ways to train and retain my progression.

I am so satisfied with my results that I have without a doubt extended my contract with Rebuild Body Plan. After conversations about what we can achieve in the coming years, I am more motivated and disciplined than ever before. I believe there are no apologies not to make progress, and I always remind myself of the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger: "You can have results or apologies. Not both."

My story is proof that with the right guidance, dedication and belief in yourself, you can achieve incredible results. I am proud of my journey and I hope that my story inspires others to enter into their own transformation and get the best out of themselves.
