Returns and complaints

With Rebuild Nutrition, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance, and we understand that there can sometimes be reasons to return products. Here is our return policy:

Revocation: After receiving your order you have 14 days to inform us if you want to return a product. Please do this by email to info@rebuildbodyplan.com. You can download and print our return form to start this process.

Return shipments: If you have indicated that you want to return a product, you must ensure that the products were actually returned to us within 14 days of your report.

Hygienic products: For products where hygiene plays an essential role, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils and other sealed products, we can only accept them if they are unopened and are in undamaged state, with the seal intact. If you have used products and they have been damaged as a result, we may charge costs.

Repayment: The purchase amount will be repaid to you as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after the withdrawal.

Safety packaging: Articles whose safety packaging has been broken cannot be returned without prior contact with our customer service. For this, contact us via info@rebuildbodyplan.com.

After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation of this.

We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, then we will inform you of this immediately.

If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the Mediation Department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which Rebuild Body Plan is affiliated.  If the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution for any reason, there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
