RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

At Rebuild Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that there may be reasons to return products. Here is our returns policy:

Withdrawal Period: After receiving your order, you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return a product. Please do this by emailing info@rebuildbodyplan.com. You can download and print our returns form to begin the process.

Returns: If you have indicated that you wish to return an item, you must ensure that the items are actually returned to us within 14 days of your notification.

Hygiene products: For products where hygiene is essential, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils and other sealed products, we can only accept these if they are unopened and in an undamaged condition, with the seal intact. If you have used products and they are damaged as a result, we may charge you a fee.

Refund: The purchase amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation.

Safety packaging: Items whose safety packaging has been broken cannot be returned without first contacting our customer service. To do this, please contact us at info@rebuildbodyplan.com.

At Rebuild Nutrition, we strive to make your returns process as smooth and transparent as possible. We appreciate your trust in our products and services. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.

We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it takes more time, we will inform you immediately.

If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, to which Rebuild Body Plan is affiliated. If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
