I was scrolling on Instagram where I ended up on the Rebuild Body Plan page. I saw all the result photos and in between it happened to be an old acquaintance that I knew from the entertainment scene. At the time he was not very fit, but now thanks to Hakan. I wanted that too! During the intake it emerged that I did not necessarily need personal training because I already trained well, but that it was mainly my diet. Hakan really thinks along with you and is professional. He is not going to try to sell you anything if you don't need it, he is really honest in it and looks at your personal needs.
I got a diet plan and try to stick to it as well as possible. The first 3 months I kept it strictly and then I noticed that my body was going to burn faster and it could have much more than before. I have already lost a lot of weight despite the fact that I am very strict and eat my meal preps one week and enjoy a few cheat meals the following week. Of course I feel better if I stick to my feeding schedule and with cheat meals you notice that the too much wrong fats and sugars make you tired or influence your overall condition. But it is important to find a balance for yourself because you should not see this as something temporary: rebuilt body plan is a lifestyle. I have been working on it for 2 years now and I am applying it every day, but with small adjustments here and there. I am very happy with the results I have achieved so far and I will certainly continue this.
